REFUND POLICY
(Please Read) DUE TO COVID-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Billing and shipping must match or you will be refunded minus the cancellation fees.
No verification when you pay with Zip (Quad Pay) After Pay or Sezzle (ect).
All transactions and purchases made on the site is final and Hair Saviors Haus offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown the product shipped is defected. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer/issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you received the wrong product, missing any product or have concerns please contact our customer service within 48hrs after receiving the merchandise. We will be happy to rectify the issue(s). Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install hair. Once an order is placed and/or processed. We cannot cancel adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before making any purchases.
PROCESSING
**SALES MAY EXTENDED PROCESSING UP TO 10 Business days
We process orders 1-3 business days. This does not include shipping time. Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays.
Custom units may exceed turnaround time of 10 business days based on order volume.

During sales processing and shipping times maybe longer. Your patience is appreciated. Orders are shipped within timeframe of business days selected at check out. Express/Overnight currently not available. International Shipping is not available currently.
